I have a question about the recipe "Honey-Carob Brownies" from Anthony Chiffolo. the recipe calls for 1/4 cup oatmeal - does that mean 1/4 cup dry rolled oats?

I'm interpreting it as the rolled oats, since it's getting stirred into the dry ingredients rather than incorporated into the wet ones.
