Our kitchen has never been cleaner.

There are some stains and stubborn pots that require some serious elbow grease— for those, we've always used steel wool. But our steel wool tends to sit about getting grimy and unsightly over time. So now we're using these scrubber pads, designed just for us (and made by hand!) by Dot and Army. Available in grey or navy, you can throw them in the washing machine when they get dirty, so you can use them again and again. Plus, they've got a new and improved design so there's never been a better time to fall in love with these little helpers.

I have had some really nice cast iron pans and I was expecting similar performance but this skillet really sets the bar high. My first meal in it did remove some of the initial coating but it's since darkened and improved.

If I could give it a 4.5 star rating instead I would but it doesn't deserve a 4. My only complaint is that it's not quite as flat as I would hope for my electric cook top which does create a little bit of a hot spot closer to the handle where there's more weight.
