We're excited to announce that December's Hotline MVP is Susan W!

Susan W is a relatively new member of Food52, but you'd never guess that based on the warm rapport she has with other Food52ers on the Hotline. Susan W comes to the rescue on all sorts of questions, from clarifying types of ingredients, to identifying whether a vegetable is okay to eat, to making homemade stock. She's up for talking about rice pudding ratios and homemade miso, and if you need to know what high-extraction flour is, or whether you can use coconut cream or ghee in a recipe, Susan W has you covered. She's is so helpful on the Hotline that you'd likely have a difficult time finding a question she hasn't weighed in on!

Annie thank you. I don't think anyone who cooks has zero self doubt. It's when I get cocky that I end up with one of my famous kitchen disasters. :)
