I am making a sweetheart turkey breast for the first time. Do I leave the netting on while cooking?

Here are cooking instructions directly from Norbest (including a part about the netting), which produces the sweetheart turkey: https://www.norbestfoodservice.com/products/10-12-traditional-roast

Hi, Nancy! I haven't cooked this exact turkey breast before, but I believe you are supposed to leave on the netting, which helps to hold the meat together more compactly while it cooks, and then snip it off once the turkey is cooked. Hope it turns out well!

You can certainly leave the netting on but if you don't want it to tear away the skin when you remove the netting, then I would take it off now and either roast as is or tie it in a few places as you would a roast.
