A question about a recipe: Raw Vegan Chocolate Coconut Bars

Cd67b5d2 c6b8 482c 8f2c 2082306ae450 2015 0202 raw vegan cookie bars as 077

I have a question about the recipe "Raw Vegan Chocolate Coconut Bars" from Kendra Vaculin. I'm planning on bringing these to Thanksgiving, which involves a 2 hour train ride? Do you think these will these be ok outside of the fridge/refrigerator for that amount of time without spreading?

If you freeze these the night before, they should be just fine to make it the 2 hour train ride without spreading at all!

Based on a three year old recipe comment by user djtellytal:

"They are also great for backpacking/camping trips because they are fairly nutritious and don't ever really go bad or stale."

it seems reasonably certain that they will survive a two hour train ride.
