Substituting live Arbol chilis for dried ones

Hello, I am making a recipe that I would like to use Arbol chilis in, but there are no live ones around me in my area. I am using them for a sauce, and was wondering if I can use dried Arbols in place of them. Any advice is appreciated!

Sure. First, use half the amount in dried chiles. Break off the stem ends, and soak the chiles in hot water until soft, then proceed with your recipe.
