A question about a recipe: Tofu in a lightly spiced red pepper cream sauce
I have a question about step 4 on the recipe "Tofu in a lightly spiced red pepper cream sauce" from Creativecook. It says:
"Place the cooked pepper mixture into a blender and add in the agave nectar, half and half, water and blend to a smooth puree."
Can I use a vegan cream or coconut cream instead of the half and half?
