I have a question about the ingredient "Marshmallow Fluff" on the recipe "Pumpkin Cupcakes with Goat Cheese Frosting" from mrslarkin. Are there any alternatives to using fluff or is it a must?

Hi Charlotte. No alternatives...I'd probably just omit the Fluff. You can add 4 ounces more goat cheese or cream cheese and increase the sugar by a few tablespoons, to get the same quantity of frosting.
