Materials:

Enameled cast iron.

Care:

Your set will come with grey plastic protectors, and you should keep ‘em—they’ll save your precious pieces from scratches during storage.

Oven and broiler safe to 500°F. For best results, use low-to-medium heat, and bring pan slowly to high temperature if using high heat. Use plastic, wood, or nylon utensils to prevent damage to the enamel.

Enameled cast iron is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing. Your cast iron cookware can be easily cleaned with any common washing-up liquid and water once it’s cooled down. Do not use any scouring agents or abrasive sponges to clean your cast iron product. To remove stubborn dirt we recommend that you soak your cookware in warm water with a little washing-up liquid or baking soda until all of the residue can be removed. The cast iron pot or pan should be dried completely.
