The joys of summer! All of these sound delicious.
Now to combine with the Jacques PepinRoasted Split Chicken with Mustard Crust... I'm in heaven!

If you haven't yet made the plum and avocado salad, do. I made it recently to serve alongside some crispy pork cutlets, and what a revelation - a fabulous combination of flavors and textures. But you can't really go wrong with any of these :)
