Meet January's Hotline MVP

Every month we choose a Food52er to thank for his or her generous help and guidance on the Hotline, and we're excited to announce that January's Hotline MVP is Greenstuff.

Greenstuff is a longtime member of the Food52 community, and we not only learn from the cooking knowledge she shares on the Hotline, we also benefit from her background in biology.

This month on the Hotline, we found her offering up advice on making a cassoulet, cooking chickpeas in wine, and using up walnut oil. She also helped out with everything from simple substitutions to more complex cooking endeavors, as well as with planting and identifying squash varieties, too.​

Thanks! I always figured that if I ever got an honor like this, it would be a signal to step back from the keyboard. But I see a question over on the Hotline that needs answering...
