I survived the NYC heat wave by hiding in museums and raiding Zabar's - this will be a great go-to collection once the heat hits San Diego.

Any recipe that starts out with "no cook" is okay by me.

Thanks so much - although its only just starting to feel like summer here in CA - I know it will be roasting before too long!

These are amazing! Thanks for putting them together!

Great selections! I can't wait to try them this summer!

Amazing! I was thinking this afternoon, as I put together a dinner of tuna melts that "Dishes that don't require turning on the oven" would be a great round-up!! We are well into summer here and mango sorbet is sometimes all I can manage! Thanks for the inspiration.

These are some of my Food52 faves. Have made several of them many times. Yay!

all of them look outstanding. love to go to a party and have these served with a cold glass of Italian sparkling wine...beautfiul summer evening, a gentle breeze...soft music, you get the idea..

Thanks so much for this round up! My summer will not be able to feature much cooking between the heat and new work demands! These will really help out along the way.

I'm making everyone of these recipes by the end of summer...hopefully by the end of June!
