To thank our members for their dedication to helping out their fellow cooks, every month we’ll choose a Food52er whose activity on the Hotline has caught our eye, and treat him or her to a $25 gift certificate to Provisions

We're excited to announce that January's Hotline MVP is sexyLAMBCHOPx.

SexyLAMBCHOPx is always ready to help, whether by tracking down an article, sourcing dinnerware, or offering ingredient substitutions. She's got suggestions for the best way to cook a sirloin tip roast, how to make a cucumber sandwich, and what to bring to a lowcountry cookout. We're convinced she can solve any problem -- from deducing the cause of bitter broth to figuring out what to do with extra cake scraps in the freezer (okay, that one's not actually a problem per se...).

Congratulations to sexyLAMBCHOPx, and thanks to everyone who participates over on the Hotline -- the community wouldn’t be the same without you.
