14 Recipes to Use Up a Basket Full of Hard-Boiled Eggs

March 25, 2016

Jelly beans are fun and Peeps are aces, but everybunny knows the best part about Easter is dyeing eggs. With some coloring tabs and a bit of vinegar (or some all-natural know-how), you can take the ordinary, everyday egg and make it into an edible masterpiece that's at least 12 times fancier than macaroni art.

Day after Easter egg salad sandwiches. Somehow the dye always seeps through to the eggs enough to get a funny pastel colored egg salad....

My favourite is a very basic comfort food. I'd lose my mind anytime my mother would make these for lunch (best dipped in a really lovely chicken noodle soup!)
Tuna salad + chopped hard-boiled eggs + onion, plus whatever spice/chopped veg mix suits your tastes, broiled on a bun or roll.
