Day after Easter egg salad sandwiches. Somehow the dye always seeps through to the eggs enough to get a funny pastel colored egg salad....

My favourite is a very basic comfort food. I'd lose my mind anytime my mother would make these for lunch (best dipped in a really lovely chicken noodle soup!)<br />Tuna salad + chopped hard-boiled eggs + onion, plus whatever spice/chopped veg mix suits your tastes, broiled on a bun or roll.
