Rub elbows with cookbook authors, judges, and our emcee and Editor-in-Chief of Saveur, Adam Sachs, for a night of good cheer, flowing cocktails, and a herd of dishes from the year’s nominated books. (Read: 15 recipes we think you'll love, including tacos inspired by Eat Mexico, dessert from The Violet Bakery Cookbook, and much more.)
