If there's a better excuse than a warm-weather long weekend to sit around outside all day sipping something cold and easy, we can't think of one. You make a big batch of punches and shandies and highballs and the like, and lug it to the nearest patio or fire escape or backyard (or, if you're sneaky, park—but you didn't hear it here); your friends make the snacks. It's the most wonderful time of the year:
