I can't remember from time to time who is responsible for changing my Christmas cookie game, but I have been making and will continue making "honey cardamom cutouts" forever more at Christmas! The crunch and buttery texture of a sugar cookie in a way more fancy and yummy flavour!!! I always use the best quality dark buckwheat honey and cardamom pods I crush fresh myself with a mortar and pestle! They are amazing with a vanilla touched royal icing which makes them easy to decorate! Love love love them!
