It’s fry day.

Frying gets better with Staub's double-handle skillet—simple as that. Made of cast iron, the pan holds steady, even heat distribution so the temperature won’t drop as you cook. The enameled black interior includes tiny bits of the mineral quartz, which means better browning and therefore better chicken breasts, potatoes, bacon, and anything else you want crisp on the stovetop. Choose from graphite, black matte, and grenadine.

  • Made in: France.
  • Shipping & Returns: Free Standard Shipping on Orders $199+ ($14.99 on Orders Below $199) and Easy-Breezy Returns.

13.8" in diameter x 16.2"L (with handles) x 2.4"H.

Materials:

Enameled cast iron.

Care:

Safe for use on any cooktop, including induction. Oven and broiler safe up to 500°F. Use plastic or wood utensils only as metal utensils may damage the enamel. Allow pan to cool before washing.

Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing. To remove stubborn stains soak in hot soapy water for a few minutes. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach, or abrasive cleaners.
