Long weekends are practically made for baking. Especially Labor Day, since cinnamon rolls, pies, and English muffins are all labors of love. While some would choose to relax, put their feet up, and watch a movie, we'd rather spend our day off covered in flour, cubing sticks of butter for biscuits, and stirring together streusel.
