It's no secret: Here at Food52, we really like pie. If there happens to be one lingering in our test kitchen, it's usually only a matter of minutes before it disappears. Morning, noon, and night, we'll happily stuff our faces with buttery crust and whatever happens to be inside -- sweet or savory.
